I especially like the "seller's report" that shows how many hits this gets each week.  I encourage you guys to work together with construction team and pick a nice day and invite Mike out to take pictures of your inventory.  It's worth it.

Welcome Nipper Family!

Steve & Michelle and their three children...Addison, David, and Maria...are so excited to move into their new home next month!  They stumbled on our community when they were reading up the citi-data blog site.  They found a nice post by one of the neighbors and decided to check us out!

Pony Rides & Moon Bounce Win the Day!

I couldn't believe it!  Over 200 people came out today for our Fall Fest in Ashford.  We had a steady stream of visitors from 10:00 AM until we shut down at 4 PM.  The poor pony never got a break!  Seriously, it was incredible.

And the moon bounce and face painter was a huge hit also.  For less than $1,000 we made a huge impact on the community.  Our entire sales team and construction guys were there also.  Thanks to everyone for pitching in and making this memorable!  |JG

Sales Simplicity Adds Map Feature!

Those crazy guys at Sales Simplicity just came up with another cool feature...color coded community maps showing exactly which homesites remain and which ones are closed and in progress.  These guys are so cool.  Ask your Ops Team for more details.
