Another great tour from Tour Factory!  This is what I am talking about, amazingly good pictures and a great format.  I've already linked this in MLS and I will also be sure this is linked in Realtor.com.

I especially like the "seller's report" that shows how many hits this gets each week.  I encourage you guys to work together with construction team and pick a nice day and invite Mike out to take pictures of your inventory.  It's worth it.

Pony Rides & Moon Bounce Win the Day!

I couldn't believe it!  Over 200 people came out today for our Fall Fest in Ashford.  We had a steady stream of visitors from 10:00 AM until we shut down at 4 PM.  The poor pony never got a break!  Seriously, it was incredible.

And the moon bounce and face painter was a huge hit also.  For less than $1,000 we made a huge impact on the community.  Our entire sales team and construction guys were there also.  Thanks to everyone for pitching in and making this memorable!  |JG
