Welcome Nipper Family!

Steve & Michelle and their three children...Addison, David, and Maria...are so excited to move into their new home next month!  They stumbled on our community when they were reading up the citi-data blog site.  They found a nice post by one of the neighbors and decided to check us out!

I'm so excited that Bill & Laura Smith won our annual Holiday Contest.  These guys moved in to their home last month and they have already jumped into community life here.  And the best part is they have already offered to show their home to prospects we have coming in town next week who want to see their floor plan.
